Not having the same amount of zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 together to achieve the same effect as ZMA?

Hey guys, I've been reading about the benefits of ZMA supplement for body building and welfare. According to Wikipedia: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ZMA_ (supplement) The proportion of ingredients used in products in general is 20-30 mg of zinc, magnesium and 400-500 mg of ~ 10 mg of B6. I wonder, instead of spending money to buy the supplement, could get away with consumer 30 mg zinc, 300 mg magnesium and 10 mg of vitamin B6 in separate tablets (purchased in bulk, much cheaper) at the time of the night. Can someone who has experience with ZMA give me some advice? Thanks

Professional on buying fish oil .. pls ..?

Krill oil has been omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil .. Right? This was not my main question I can not find krill oil anywhere here in Finland. fish and therefore fish oil contains small amount mercury, lead and cadmium normally .. Right?? Now would be a professional company, good words, the bottle that oil is lead, mercury and cadmium free? I mean, it is advisable for anyone to buy a bottle with this information? I went to the shop and saw some bottles are packaged in a cardpaper, but some do not are, but are exposed to a very bright light in a shopping platform, this is another point that informs the customer that the compnay that began to sell its oil with cardboard, not the first on trust .. ?? You should go to a GNC, when to buy something like fish oil. Fish oil is better than one made by the company, "Nordic Nature". They make only omega 3 or omega 3, 6, and 9. And do other things. I just can not remember. lol that helps a lot with things like the joints, skin and hair well, etc ... Yes, the lead, mercury and cadmium are poor in fish oil. For fish oil, just make sure you are in a bottle that the sun can not shine through. If you do, well .. that is bad. = / When you take fish oil, make sure your breath smells like fish NO. If you do, the company makes the horrible fish oil, or fish oil is old. If you do not want the fish oil, because you're not "safe", you can try flaxseed oil. I think it tastes nasty as Shizzz .. but it is good for you, like fish oil (omegasss!). Most people take your cereal, or put it in your yogurt or something. Good luck!
