Should I take Nitro-Tech Hardcore before or after my workout?
I want an answer to this question. If only going to tell me how I should not take it, do not waste your time answering ... Thank you.
I took immediately after my workouts in one hour. I used it for more three months and became very swollen up. But you and I know that knows things like CRAP! Syntha-6 is the way forward.
