Has anyone taken the fish oil to help with psoriasis? And it did help.?
There are many benefits of taking fish oil and many Sometimes I've had, but I did not notice any difference in my psoriasis at the time. I have seen some benefits through a round of steroids, and using the Eucerin cream and maintain I wet my skin to see a big difference, but hated the way my skin felt greasy all the time and my psoriasis was so sore and raw wet keeping it bleed if you accidentally stumbled on anything sharp. To be honest, I have tried prescription creams over the past 10 years than I care to admit to pain, allergies, or no reaction. The best help I've found has been through Vasiline Intensive Care Total Moisture Lotion, blocking the humidity of the skin without causing your skin is oily and my psoriasis is almost gone * and believe me, I had a lot *. It's hit or miss when it comes to the best treatments for yourself, and as much as I hated taste in my mouth when I burp while taking the fish oil pills, I would not say anything bad about it considering all the data gathered with the benefits for the body while taking it, but I would not psoriasis.
