Selection: None normally use human fish oils - at least not those in liquid form - Because they have added citrus flavors to many of them. You do not want to use cod liver oil - at least not on a very regular basis - because they have too much vitamin A. Plain fish oil or salmon oil is the best age. I prefer it in liquid form, as opposed to capsules for easy dispensing. You mean who have made every effort to eliminate mercury. I prefer one with the least amount of additives, especially not rosemary. O propyllgallate. For ease of use, I prefer to purchase as liquid in a bottle or squeeze the pump. Dosage: Have a blast every day. Not measured but probably comes from somewhere 1 / 4 tsp.
