What is the best supplement to take to the fight against aging?
Hello I just started taking Aloe Vera liquid form, and I also take omega oils. My plan is inclusive of 5 servings of fruits and vegetables per day, and eat lots of oily fish. wondering if they were to retard aging, or if there is better, I could take? Thank you in advance, I hope you can help!
