What brand of Omega 3 Supplement with fish oil is better?
I want to make Omega 3 Supplement Fish Oil for my parents, but I am worried about products that are not very "pure" in the sense that they are not filtered (because the fish can contain high concentrations of mercury, contaminants and what not ...). The recommendations of one to get and where? Thank you! Which is better? Caught cold distilled or molecular? WHY?
Molecularly distilled what you need if you are worried about the CCP, etc. - the material pure. Pride purities has a selection of things molecularly distilled. You might also consider obtaining a source of algae, which do not have this problem (however - the algae are under the EPA).
