Vitamin Supplement Advice Please …?
I am a wife of 32 years. I'm pretty sure I'm healthy because me or my kids are rarely sick. I enjoy taking viamins much. I feel good and gives me more energy. I do not get much so activity is not much, but tons of household! Oh, and I eat very healthy (homemade food for the most part, low-fat stuff. I 'm not a fanatic and eat junk sometimes, but not usually). All the information you find online says that if you eat a healthy diet, have not need supplements. BUT, I take them and intend to go anyway. My question is: Does anyone here know enough to tell me how much is too much? I am taking these daily: Vitamin C - 1000 mg of vitamin E - 400 IU of vitamin B50 One A - 1250 IU Vitamin D - 135 IU Fish Oil - 1000mg is all of them. I would like my B50 to B100. I just want to make sure I do not take too much. Took the same mixture of vitamins for about a year. They seem to have no negative effect. Thank you for answer!

You can also use the expeller oil coconut, available at your health food store, but it adds flavor to certain things Coco. It's not overwhelming, though. I used to cook eggs. Avoid low fat - no need to go eat a piece of butter, but fat is okay. I switched to real butter there about 7 years, whole milk for about 2 years and my cholesterol is down for the first time in many years. Coconut oil is supposed to help with this, too. Continue using your personal observation on the relationship between supplement use and how your body feels. Many so-called "information" is in fact a government-funded studies and whatever the industry subsidized the best chance of getting results out of way they want.
