Is it okay to take a prenatal supplement with fish oil by taking St. John's wort?
Volume XXI. St. John's wort against depression but since I took my vitamins I take more because I was not sure that everything was going well until blended. I want to start drinking new. Im not pregnant, or even try, but I'm prenantals because they were all women should take. These supplements can be mixed, after all, are vitamins?
Yes, you can take fish oil, St. John's wort, and a multivitamin, but you should not take Prenatal and a multi-day together … Multi Prenatal care is what you should drink several newspapers, or you could overdose of certain elements nutrients that you would be getting both. And although it may be "only vitamins" can still get a lot, which can cause problems (especially soluble vitamins A, D, E and K). In addition, stress, St. John's Wort has a strong warning is not recommended for pregnant or lactating at work (or women in many forms of birth control, but that's another story) So if you are pregnant or trying to become pregnant you probably want to move to another supplement for depression.
